Prizes will be awarded and winner’s name announced on www.Davaohairstudio.com and in store at Davao Hair Studio, 12540 Broadwell Rd. Milton, Georgia. No purchase necessary to enter; no substitution of prizes; no cash value to be given in lieu of prize described; prize value is “up to” a dollar amount – there will be NO cash or NO credit for any prize claimed for a lesser amount; winner pays sales tax and gratuity; only the aggregate prize will be awarded to one winner, no second place or consolation prize. This contest is conducted as an advertising and promotional undertaking in good faith solely for the purpose of advertising the goods, wares and merchandise of participating businesses.

By submitting your Mom’s Story, you agree to possible editing of the content and potential posting on the site(s): www.Davaohairstudio.com.   You will be contacted if your story is considered for posting and/or promotional purposes; your name will NOT be identified during the contest. Winner will be selected by an impartial panel of five (5) judges. All decisions are final. Contest duration April 1, 2010 through May 1, 2010. The winner’s name will be announced on or about May 5, 2010. You further agree to participating vendors having access to your email address.

One lucky winner will receive: Hair color and cut makeover valued up to $250; Full Galvanic Spa Treatment valued up to $50; Full make-up application  valued at $55; Facial waxing valued up to $54.

2nd Prize winner will receive: Haircut and blow-dry valued up to $55; One custom air-brush tan courtesy of Beachless Tan valued at $35.
